Thank you to the entire hospice team at St Peter & St James who supported Mum and I, and were always just a telephone call away to offer advice on caring for Mum at home. Mum had been a regular supporter of the hospice for many years (Dad had been cared for there in 2008), and I know she would have wanted to thank you too.
